Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?

Yes you may change your plan at any time once you've signed up. You can change your plan costs will adjusted automatically at next renewal.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept both Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is collected in UK GBP (£) and will be converted to your local currency by your bank. Payments are processed safely and securely by Recurly, SagePay and Barclaycard. JobPage is owned and operated by G-Independent Ltd, United Kingdom.

Do your prices include VAT? (UK customers only)

The prices listed on this page do not include VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT at the current rate will be added on the final payment page for UK businesses only. For businesses located outside of the UK, VAT will not be added, so the price you see above is the price that you pay. If you have a VAT number, please make sure you add this on your payment page so that we can issue you with a VAT receipt.

Why are there asterisks (*) next to some of the prices?

We are currently setup to take payments in Pounds Sterling GBP (£) only. Therefore the € and $ prices are approximated based on foreign currency exchange rates that were correct as of August 2011. The price you see on screen should be used as a rough guide only. Your bank will charge you in your local currency at their exchange rate.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No, there is no long term commitment - you can cancel your account at any time by logging into your JobPage account and selecting the 'Cancel My Account' option. You may then continue to use JobPage until the end of that billing cycle. You will not be charged after that.
